Curiosity kills the cat

Small note: My entries for the last few days are a tad weird because I have simply no idea what I want to write even though I have the urge to churn out a few meaningful articles. I have given up the thought of going to the chalet and I am not sure if they did book one because it was very much of a last-minute notice. Part of the reason is that I felt odd, another part of the reason is not seeing the point of going to a 2 days 1 night chalet. Oh well, will be going to Essential Brew (i'm not very sure if there's an O in between) on Friday at Holland Avenue for a last-minute gathering before school reopens (drinking session will very much be held since ling will be there too). Remind me to get ready my camera. Meanwhile, the poly students of Singapore Poly are having their exams starting from next week. Good luck and all the best! Hope to meet up with you guys really soon during your break =). In the meantime, just smile and wave guys.

It was almost midnight when I was fiddling with the graffiti programme and at the same time blasting the series of mando pop on my iTunes. As usual, I was set in the middle of the empty living room facing the television.

Soon, my laptop ran out of batteries and I had to plug the charger to the powerpoint so as to prevent the laptop from shutting down on its own. As I was about to do so, I noticed something from the rack staring intently at me. I went closer to take a look. Alas, this is what I saw!

The video cassette tape is actually posing a question to me! This video tape is probably confused about its own identity. What has the thing underneath it got to do with it? It has totally forgotten its role as a video tape. It is only supposed to record shows for the convenience of us so that there is no need for us to miss any episodes. Anyway, it was at that moment of time, lying on a video casette recorder (VCR).

Curiosity always kills the cat. I have a foreboding feeling that the video tape will suffer its own consequences soon. Not wanting to keep the secret to myself, I told Ondre about it this morning when I was having my breakfast.

Now we all know, it is not good to be "kaypoh". As such, I am off to meddle my own affairs and start watching tv programmes.
