Mediocre calibre
Word of the day: bivouac
Meaning: A temporary encampment often in an unsheltered area
This week had been rather fulfilling given the snafus in school. I shall update on my weekends for this particular entry.
Yes! The prata stall of the "Umbrella" coffeeshop is finally back! Okay, don't ask me what's the name of that coffeeshop. I simply have no idea. Anyway, just 2 weeks ago, another sign of, "PRATA WILL BE BACK SOON" was hanged up instead (well, I didn't took the picture the last time round, but you get it yeah?). Hahaha, a case of personification, that's what CV the Herbie said.
Well, so anyway, we went to Qian Hu on friday for the weekly ritual of excursion. Nothing much to mention about other than the friendly lobsters there. Okay, I'm really not a fish enthusiast though.I had prefer, at any cost to go to a pet farm or something to that extent instead. At least I get to see doggies. So back to the trip. Ardous bus ride I had say. Terrible man. I wanted to doze off in the bus but I couldn't find a comfortable spot to lean myself against. So I mustered all the energy I had and stare at the scenery outside, hardly blinking. That was hard, really. Afterwhich, head down to the Macdonald's at Bras Brasah to meet the girls up. Ate some stuff and crapped a lot before Moo came and we headed for Jack's place. The main topic was actually teaching Seow Yan the different ways to reject "we-all-know-who-la" Hahaha...as usual, I sticked to my approach of being a really proud peacock and the salmon method not forgetting flicking of hair and sashaying away after you have made your speech. Boy, I must have gotten all that ideas from somebody.
So, we were directed to this centre seats once we reached Jack's place. I bet the waiters there are so gonna remember shoot and marked her down the next time when they see her. Anyway, it was quite a sumptuous dinner that left me really bloated at the end of it. Pictures will be up soon anyway. Anyway, the Gin Lime there wasn't that fantastic but the price is really reasonable given this quality. I should have ordered the norm instead. After dinner, we made our way down to Bugis only to realise it is flooded with tonnes and hoards of people. So we continued walking to the station and ended up at Geylang for some coffee-cum-tea drinking session. Seriously, I would have once again, at any cost, prefer to go to Geylang in the morning instead. It's really not a good feeling to walk through the alley at night. Anyway, we landed up at YONG HE that soyabean shop in the hearts of Geylang. Went home after the supper.
Now flashing through yesterday. Shoot and I went to National Library to study. Pretty productive I can say. At least I finished whatever work that I brought there. Afterwhich, went off to have our dinner at Macdonald's again and headed down to Funan for some shopping session (okay I know there's really nothing much there). We landed up in Sans bookshop where we got a storybook for $1.50 each! Cheap gain okay. Hahaha...and now...shoot is known as the "Plee gif" woman. Okay, I know this entry sucks but i'm loving it anyway. Pardon me for the randomness if there's such a word anyway. Got to go and study for my term exams.
